At Shiv Beauty Centre, we aim to provide genuine and high-quality beauty, cosmetic, and personal care products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which products can be returned or exchanged.

Customers can request an exchange if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of purchase. In such cases, the product must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of purchase or delivery. To process the request, customers may be asked to provide the original bill or proof of purchase along with the product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened cosmetics, skincare products, personal care products, and nail products may not be eligible for return or exchange once they have been used or opened. We request customers to carefully check the product before opening or using it.

Products eligible for exchange must be returned in their original packaging, unused condition, and with all labels intact. Shiv Beauty Centre reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving the exchange.

Please note that cash refunds may not be available, and in most cases, eligible products will be exchanged with another product of equal value or store credit, depending on the situation and product condition.

Our nail services under “Nails by Ruhi” are service-based and therefore non-refundable once the service has been completed. However, if there is any issue related to the service quality, customers are encouraged to inform us so that we can review and assist accordingly.

Shiv Beauty Centre reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
